At the Chair of Organizational Studies and Management of Continuing Education, research and teaching is conducted on the topics of higher education (especially governance of teaching, continuing higher education, non-traditional students, and higher education as an organization) and organizational studies (knowledge transfer in organizations, special types of organizations such as football clubs or fine dining restaurants).
