New Master's Program in "Science Communication and Media Literacy" Receives 1.8 Million Euros in Funding

With funding from the Foundation for Innovation in Higher Education Teaching as part of the “The World Is My Campus” call for proposals, the new master’s program “Science Communication and Media Literacy” will be developed at TU Dortmund University over the next four years. Prof. Uwe Wilkesmann and his team are contributing their expertise in the areas of continuing education and science management and are leading the project together with Prof. Bernadette Gold and Prof. Cornelius Schubert under the overall direction of Prof. Holger Wormer. The new program is designed to impart scientific, data, AI, and media literacy and is aimed, among others, at teachers as well as professionals in science management and science policy.
